Every now and then I write one of my Letters from Asia about the real people, places, and events that turn up in fictional form in my novels, toss in a few photographs I’ve taken, and email it to those people who have asked to receive my letters. Occasionally, I even ask readers how they feel about new titles or seek their advice about proposed cover designs, or I give readers previews of upcoming books or a heads-up on temporary promotional discounts that are coming soon.
I seldom write more than once a month, and I certainly won’t use your email address for anything else or give it to anyone else. This isn’t a permanent commitment on your part. There’s a prominent unsubscribe link at the bottom of every letter I send so you can change your mind any time and tell me to stop writing you.
If that sounds okay, I’d be happy to add you to my list. Just give me your name and email address using the form below.
